If a ServiceProvider cannot estimate the cost just from the online request, he can flag a "Requires inspection" checkbox and price is not required anymore. The date is the proposed date for the inspection.

The customer can then accept this offer and fix the date

if the price field is filled this is the cost only for the inspection. A quote for the repair will come after the inspection
