[Critical] mdlr update always erases unstaged changes #16

Omfg the update command is really not good, it wasted tons of hours of work twice for me

When I do mdlr update, it overwrites my changes on every module, even if I don't put the "-f" flag @svarlamov

now i'm afraid to use mdlr :'(
