parquet format: support other compression modes

Currently, only GZIP.
Support others.

• add new parameter, with default value "GZIP".
• Other values to be supported:
  UNCOMPRESSED
  SNAPPY
  GZIP
  LZO
  BROTLI
  LZ4
  ZSTD
