General response time for 16-camera NVR #23

@sponte: I have the HIKVISION NVR with 16 PoE camera
I setup and config the homebridge and all is good.
One thing I notice that, to get the snap-shot, it is pretty snappy and took around 4-6 seconds after opening the Homekit App
But to get the stream (live-view), it generally takes around 11- 16 seconds...
Is there anyway to improve the streaming time?
