Happy New Year! A reminder to update your "when_made" enums :)

It's that time of year again, when the new year 2025 will be added somehow to the when_made enum.

I'm not sure yet what the changes will look like this year as I have not been around long enough to understand the pattern of these changes.

I wish there was an official announcement so that I can update these in advance ¯¯\(ツ)/¯¯

Inferred from the website form that was updated before the doc, I found the following changes:

• 2000_2004 -> 2000_2005
• before_2005 -> before_2006
• 2005_2009 -> 2006_2009
• 2020_2024 -> 2020_2025
