Suggestion: Unify Subscript Notation to be Consistently Right-Associative #941

Description

@rokk1t

To ensure notational consistency, the paper should standardize on a single subscript style:

  • Left-associative: ${a_b}_c$.
  • Right-associative: $a_{b_c}$.

I suggest standardizing on the right-associative style as it is more readable.

Examples from Yellow Paper:

  • a_{b_c}
    • I_{\mathrm{H}_{\mathrm{p}}}
  • {a_b}_c
    • {I_{\mathrm{H}}}_{\mathrm{c}}
    • {I_{\mathrm{H}}}_{\mathrm{s}}
    • {I_{\mathrm{H}}}_{\mathrm{i}}
    • {I_{\mathrm{H}}}_{\mathrm{a}}
    • {I_{\mathrm{H}}}_{\mathrm{l}}
    • [I_{\mathrm{a}}]_{\mathrm{b}}
    • {I_{\mathrm{H}}}_{\mathrm{f}}
