Support for thread safe I2C APIs for AHT20 sensor. (AEGHB-1063)

Hi,

I've noticed that AHT20 driver used in this repository doesn't uses any APIs from esp-idf.
I've updated and made PR regarding the same, as I've tested and used the driver myself.
