Please add the epaper display from Goodisplay in size 7.5in to the supported epaper's #3209

Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like
Currently there's a lot of epaper displays from Waveshare supported, but also some Goodisplays. the currently non-listed 7.5 in epaper BW screen should be added.
Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:
I've tried all the variants from waveshare, but they seem not to refresh within the supported 3ms on a ESP32-C3.
