Fails in loading page when selecting All(except CMIP6)

Describe the bug

When selecting the project of All (except CMIP6), an error "There was an issue fetching results for requested page." and will try to reload the page endless with failures.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Linux

• Browser and Version: Zen, 1.17.12b

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to esgf-node.ornl.gov or aims2.llnl.gov
2. Click on 'project'
3. Scroll down to 'All (except CMIP6).'
4. See error
   There was an issue fetching results for requested page.
   The request page is not available, resetting to 1
