Bug with data cart

Describe the bug

After I remove all the data from the data cart, it has been empty, but there still show some data size in the bottom left corner, which affect the following data downloading

I believe the issue has been resolved. A new test has been added and a formal bug fix will be included in v1.3.5. For now, I have temporarily patched the bug at aims2.llnl.gov with the bug fix, you can test it there to see if it was fixed. Thanks
