Update Globus Auth login for option to require MFA #740

https://docs.globus.org/api/auth/sessions/ - looks like this should be supported in the API
It will be worthwhile to get this implemented for LLNL and in case other labs end up with more stringent requirements. Can someone from Globus advise?
