Final metadata synchronization of the ESGF2-US wide Globus Search index

Final synchronization of Solr metadata into the US Globus Search indexes after ESGF-1.0 publishing to Solr has been disabled. This will pick-up and Solr additions and updates since #40. This should be done using the same methods/tools as #40, and into the same Globus Search indexes as the initial metadata transfer.
