Compilation problem on OS X

There is a missing library error when compiling the file format detection feature contributed by Redouane (a#_o4wP4J0tEeG5Y-K8FiquMQ) on OS X Snow Leopard.

This may be related to the shared library issue (asw#_yneHEQfMEeKsbtXB8p_uiA) currently investigated by Eric (a#_RR3gMAe_EeKeLOtlvqDWnw).
