Pharmacode Support - Official Experimental Release 1.12.0

Pharmacode support has been added as a rather experimental piece. I'd like to speak with anyone who's attempting to use it, it'd be great if we could get together in some sort of real time chat to collaborate for a bit.

Pharmacode should be just about ready for testing with a real use case situation. It's got some caveats -- it can't be used with the locator enabled, it is completely prone to being able to be read backwards. I need to find some actual real life barcodes, but we should be able to scan things with it. I'll be putting it in so it's accessible from the live_w_locator and file_input examples as soon as I'm done cleaning up this PR
