Steps to reproduce
- open "Setting -> Geneal -> Language"
Expected behavior
Auto-detect (system) must be automatically changed to the local language.
Actual behavior
In practice, it does not change and you have to manually select a region.
When you manually change the area and restart it, it runs on the Task manager but does not appear on the tray.
