FR: Build a Gas-Efficient Dividend Sharing RefImpl based on ERC20/ERC1155

An idea for ERC20/ERC1155 is to use it as the Dividend Sharing smart contract.

For example, given there is 100 shares, 1000 USDC of income, any participants will be able to maintain its quota to withdraw.
