• Epinio version: 1.12
• Epinio UI version: 1.12
• Browser type & version: Chrome

Describe the bug

After importing Epinio extension, Rancher Manager appears to have some issues related to cluster import, and perhaps other table related functions.

To Reproduce

1. Install Epinio Extension
2. Attempt to import a cluster in Rancher Manager
