Remove system information from log files + include file SHA hash?

In the output log file I get:

System:  "CachyOS" (Linux 6.15.7-3-cachyos)
CPU:     AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor             
RAM:     31.5 GB

Is there a way to stop it outputting system information (I don't want any information that doesn't pertain to the actual music files included) and is there a way to have the SHA hash value of the completed log file included in the log?
