fre:ac window icons minimize/maximize/close size-usability

On my windows system the fre:ac title bar is dark (dunno exactly why - other programs are not this way in general) and the upper right corner icons are also dark and quite small - hard for my shaky hand/mouse to focus in on them. Is there a customization option for this to make the command 'icons' bigger?
