keys CTRL Z not working, Lost list

My list just got deleted without any reason, i was converting 200 files and i was on the 30 last ones and then my list got deleted. i tried to CTRL Z and it doesn´t work, i was reading to maybe restore from the logs but i´ve noticed that any CTRL Z key doesn´t work, i would like to recover the previous list, because i have a lot of tracks that are exported already
