Ensembles puts folders in $HOME/Documents instead of XDG_DOCUMENTS_DIR

I have my XDG_DOCUMENTS_DIR pointed at a different directory ($HOME/documents) but Ensembles ignores that and creates a $HOME/Documents directory for its data.

The locations of these directories can be found in XDG_CONFIG_HOME/user-dirs.dirs

I think it's the same issue as #71. It's been fixed for the next release in #73
