Stuck on "401 Unauthorized"

Hi there! Whenever I try to run the script, I get a "401 Unauthorized - "fail" status, message "Please wait a few minutes before you try again." message. I've tried logging in and out with different accounts and waiting 30 minutes between runs, but am still facing this issue. How can I resolve this?
