Add MathJax to HTML Text in VLE

Description

As a first implementation of MathJax, can we add HTML Text parsing for text displayed in the VLE steps, such as open response prompts and multiple choice prompts and options?

Additional Information

According to the http://asciimath.org/ we seem to be able to parse all HTML text on a page such that text with backticks (``) is parsed as a math formula.

PS backticks is located on the same keyboard key as tilde (~)
