Please ship libclang.so

Rust bindgen tool relies on libclang shared library (configurable via CLANG_PATH + LIBCLANG_PATH).

A version can be installed from the ubuntu clang packages, but then there are 2 different versions of clang used for builds, which can be problematic.

Sounds like a reason able request. I guess we need to work about ABI compatibility, but that sounds like a pre-existing problem for any program linking against libclang?
