Explore non-Java input types

Explore pre and postconditions that are not Java types. 

For example:

- Spreadsheets
- Pydantic schemas
- Prompts expressed in templates

This will enable maximum interoperability.

`DataDictionary` and `SchemaType` must be enhanced and used in `Action` precondition computation.
