Automatically register actions on domain objects

Register actions on domain objects in data dictionary.

There are two kind of methods:

• Tools for the LLM
• Actions for inclusion in paths. Inject as in kg-core. Non platform arguments will be sought by path finding.

Allow @Action annotation. Has implicit this.

The first input is the domain object instance, and it is a precondition

Should simply emit actions with it:DomainType as input

This could get into awkward situations where you have multiple domain objects of the same type.

We don't want surprises. The developer should add objects explicitly rather than have magic. Returning an @State object is an elegant, explicit, approach.
