My project UncivServer.xyz which receives 300k ~ 500k unique visitors per month according to Cloudflare, uses Elysia. Not really for work, as it is an open source project but still quite a lot of visitors to call it a production usage anyways.

The project is 99%+ backend, handling the game files transfer between players to enable multiplayer for the open source game Unciv. The server also sends Discord notifications when a players turn is available and uses ElysiaWebSockets for a real time chat system.

We at Tucupy (https://www.tucupy.com/en) use Elysia across all our projects, and it's been amazing!
Our biggest project is Tickzi (https://tickzi.com.br/), where Elysia powers our API layer serving 80k+ active users and processing 500k+ ticket sales across events in Brazil.
The real test came during soccer games, we hit our record of 350 people per minute entering the stadium through our ticket validation system, with crowds of 30k+ people.

At Aberia, we're rewriting a NestJS backend in Elysia.
It's an admin interface that helps our clients manage their telephony platforms (3CX, ScopServ, MiCC, Wazo).
With fine-grained RBAC, users can customize their opening hours, manage ring groups and queues, create audio messages for exceptional closings, and even manage on-call duties when needed.

Elysia has been a joy so far. After some time of adaptation, we learned to code quicker in Elysia than in Nest. (the only part where we're slower is we don't have a module/controller/service generator yet)
The same functionality is achieved in half the lines which makes it quicker to read and understand.
Performance is so much better, both in speed and memory usage. Our testing suite is now bottlenecked by the test database.
We've removed many dependencies for things that Bun and Elysia provide, and thus divided our node_modules folder size by 5.

Really, the only "problem" we have with it is that it's less used, therefore more difficult to find concrete examples of some patterns.

Yes, this is real problem. For example, years of using Elysia and I am still not sure how to get the types of one plugin in another without importing that plugin with .use(). Asked in another thread but got no answer.

Also, Elysia versioning makes no sense. Every version can bring in some breaking change that you might not know of. Without extensive tests written, the system breaks easily.
Another thing is, even after reporting an issue that is breaking production code, they take months to respond and then months to fix it. Which is really bad. I can give you multiple such examples. Just give some guys maintainer roles so that there are more eyes on issues. Sigh.
