Compatibility with Physics Mod Pro weather #5

Description

@SomeHyena

Seems to work fine with Particle Rain + Physics Mod Pro (which I use for the ocean features and smoke currently, mostly) but with the requirement of turning off "render vanilla weather" and turning on "Do Rain Particles" in Particle Rain, kind of the opposite of what you recommend for the mod. Otherwise, weather won't render in proper locations (Nesaak for instance, will rain -- as Physics Mod Pro weather overwrites vanilla weather)

Would be nice to get full support for Physics Mod Pro instead of just Particle Rain if possible, as at least personally I prefer Physics Mod Pro's weather (it feels much more intense and "stormy") or if not, at least a mention of how to make it work properly if using Physics Mod Pro instead of normal Physics Mod. It took me an embarrassing amount of time to find out how to make Particle Rain and Physics Mod Pro work together to allow the custom weather regions without disabling particles entirely or breaking Dynamic Weather's ability to control weather probabilities from region to region lol

Physics Mod Pro doesn't require a payment, but you still have to download it from the mod author's patreon or ko-fi (i think it's just to drive traffic to them) if you're ever curious in adding support for it.

Thank you!
