Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently I am not able to install pgbm for python 3.12

Describe the solution you'd like
python 3.12 support perhaps pre built wheels

Describe alternatives you've considered
Not using PGBM, or not being able to use python 3.12

Additional context
running on MACOS on apple silicon installing through poetry
