Summary
Rooms in Element that have a permanent voice/video channel.

Intended outcome
It is possible to create a room in Element that is a voice/video room. It has a persistent VoIP call associated with it, and users enter that call as soon as they enter the room.

I always wanted to have an "element gaming" version of the app, very close to discord, but with matrix and the open source power in addition.

It does exist on Element-web and it is working very well.
Will it come to Android and iOS too?
