`IconButton` doesn't match the figma design

Icon button component , Global primary Global secondary (for dev) and Global secondary presets (for design) don't match.

The implementation scales:

• the icon to 0.75 of the button size
• the padding at 0.125 of the button size

However the designs don't follow this rule. The icons and the padding can be different between the buttons of the same size.

The IconButton component should allow to specify the icon size and the padding in order to have the flexibility to match the designs
