Description
All interactive elements should be accessible via keyboard as well.

Preconditions
Security -> Explore -> Users page.

Steps to reproduce

1.Using only keyboard navigate to Add filter.
2.Add few options.
3.Navigate to drag handle and press Spacebar.
4.Press down/up arrow keys to change the order.
5.Observe the page.
6.Navigate to any graph by pressing Tab key.
7.Observe the page.

Actual Result

  • Filter options order cannot be changed, navigation goes to another element. All graphs on the page are inaccessible.

Expected Result

  • Options order can be changed (as with mouse), graphs are accessible with keyboard.

Notes:
-On All users tab, in the table when user navigates with only keyboard to a value in User name column - additional actions are not present. Even though when user hovers over value with mouse, actions are present.

-navigate to All users tab -> press Enter on any User name (f.e.: root). Navigate to +4 More button. Result: dialog opens, but user cannot navigate through items in it neither with Tab key nor with up/down arrow keys even though they are announced as clickable by NVDA

-Navigate to created Timeline template -> navigate to bottom left part where user can select and add fields. Using only keyboard drag and drop fields. Result: with only keyboard cannot drag and drop.
