Description
When user tabs over grid view button on top of alerts table on alerts page, screenreader announces "Grid view, button" and doesn't give the information that this is a button with dropdown options which lets user choose how to display the alerts table.

Preconditions
Security -> some rules have been added so alerts can be generated

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open alerts page
  2. Tab through the page and run voiceover on it
  3. Notice that voice over on grid view button announces just "Grid view, button" without also giving details about
    "Event rendered view"
