Description
When user tabs over open button for alerts charts panel on alerts page, the screenreader announcement says "open" without giving any details of what is being opened by the user.

Preconditions
Security -> some rules have been added so alerts can be generated

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open alerts page
  2. Tab through the page and run voiceover on it
  3. Notice that voice over announces just "open" on alerts charts panel without giving any details of what it is opening.
