Describe the feature:

Enabling users to use ES|QL in Vega should be something trivial to do and enabling ES|QL in Vega will enable Tableau/PowerBI/QlikView/…. dashboard builders easier to create cool dashboards in Elastic beyond what Lens can do.

Right now users can retrieve the dataset by writing an search api query, the idea is to be able to use the _query api. Taking under consideration the power of ES|QL and the simplicity in comparison with the _search api this will enable advanced users to create even more powerful dashboards.

Enabling ES|QL could lower the threshold for traditional BI tool (PowerBI/Tableau/QlikView/...) to create great/cool dashboards in Elastic.
