Kibana version: 8.18.0-SNAPSHOT

Describe the bug:

ECK e2e tests started failing where we often use single node ES clusters to save resources due to the new .kibana-entities-definitions* indices being configured with a replica. Cluster stays in yellow health forever.

Steps to reproduce:

  • spin up single node ES + Kibana
  • check cluster health

Expected behavior:

auto_expand_replicas: 0-1 should if I am not mistaken fix the issue and is also used on other internal indices afaik.
