air-gapped-elastic-maps-service docs only list hosting EMS as an option. Instead, there are two options, 1. hosting EMS and 2. opening firewall access to public EMS services. The docs should be updated to include both options.
Also, EMS is documented in 2 locations https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elastic-stack/current/air-gapped-install.html#air-gapped-elastic-maps-service and https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/maps-connect-to-ems.html. These locations should cross reference each other since they cover similar topics.
