Description
When updating the bucket lifecycle, if you do not have the proper permissions, the script will catch a 403, but will not fail the script.
Error: AccessDeniedException: 403 [email protected] does not have storage.buckets.getIamPolicy access to the Google Cloud Storage bucket.
