How am I supposed a input a list of longitude and latitude, as the location parameter is required to be a string?

I have issues with latitude and longitude as well. I input a list of them, run the code and get as error message 'weather'. Specifically, I input them as the following '43.9/12.9'. Any help on this?

It should be '43.9,12.9'.
