Following what was said in the issue eigr/massa#116 we need to be compatible with two separate protocols, cloudstate and eigr-functions, for that we need to organize things in this repository (or separating the repositories), so that we can locate the files correctly and in an organized way in other projects that depend on these protocols such as Massa.

I don't have any proposal in mind to solve this problem, I don't know if just separating the files by folder solves it, or if it would be better to separate them into different repositories, one for cloudstate and another for eigr-functions.

I also don't know how things would be organized in the buf so the question remains: How can we organize this?
