Selective encoder focus on widgets

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The need to selectively prevent encoder focus on some widgets, such as text labels. In addition to assigning index value for encoder focus selection.

Describe the solution you'd like
Preferably a flag setting for the widget in EEZ Studio. Click Focusable flag does not work with default group and encoder.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The working alternative is to manually add objects to a group, but this gets tedious with many widgets on many screens.
