JOULESCOPE JS220 support

Hi Joulescope JS110 is sold-out and JOULESCOPE recommends to purchase JS220 so I purchased the JS220 and tried to run with Energy Runner 3.0.10. then it looks Energy Runner can not detect JS220.   because JOULESCOPE UI succsfully runs I think there is issue between JS220 and Enegy Runner.  is there solution to run JS220 with Energy Runner ? JS220 ID name by UI shows "JS220-001783".
