NUCLEO_F746ZG board is not detected by EEMBC energy runner

Hi,
I have successfully flashed the .bin file on the mentioned board, but the energy runner states,

No compatible devices detected.

Any ideas? I have also tried erasing/re-flashing, resetting several times, but still not working.
