validation of people entries: at least one of deity, praenomen, nomen gentile, cognomen, supernomen must be present #75
Description
DE: regarding the mandatory field in people-db-entries (open question in my last mail), I found out by (again) that if the field "nomen gentile" is left empty, the entry will have no name / no title. So this field does not seem to be really mandatory, as the dataset is generated anyway, but at least it's the one that needs to be filled in order to get something. That is of course not the ideal solution, as in the case of the new person I created it is a Deity, and "Diana" her Deity-Name, not her nomen gentile. There can also be 'human people' without a nomen gentile. To make it short: does it necessarily need to be always the same field that gives name to the entry, or can that be flexible? That is: If I create the entry of the Goddess Diana, can "Diana" appear as name of the entry even though it is entered in the field 'Deity' and not 'Nomen Gentile'?
MT: For the people, I believe we can have a rule that at least one of selected fields must be present, otherwise users get an error. This should be most flexible and not so closely tied to Roman name system.
DE: This flexible rule for the people-db-entry is perfect! As selected fields of which at least one needs to be filled I would indicate: deity, praenomen, nomen gentile, cognomen, supernomen.
