hiddenOnStartup flag get overridden

MM has a hiddenOnStartup flag to hide modules when started. MMM-Pages overrides that when the module is added to the list.

can we do the same so modules can be hidden on startup and can be shown when needed via command or notification?

you DON'T want the module on a page
or you DO want it on a page, but the page is hidden
or you want it on the fixed pages (MMM-pages doesn't control) but if it WAS hidden at startup leave it hidden

I think 3rd choice is possible, then you use some other module to hide/show it (RemoteControl or command to notification or...)
