Finding the Javadoc needs to be easier. It is currently buried far down the documentation page. It should be placed:

Higher on the wiki, possibly on the main page.
On the home page.

We may want to consider moving the Javadoc off of eclipseice.ornl.gov and into the Eclipse web space.
