Add an assertion that data is complete before views/measures are computed

Sometimes (due to human error, bugs) a month of data has been missed out in the update process.

The subsequent view and measure computations rely on data in bigquery in particular being up to date.

Add an assertion to ensure there are no gaps in the data before executing the view / measure calculations
