Changes to ORCID oauth + request

Some suggestions for the ORCID auth feature-

1. Where "ORCiD" is displayed, please update to "ORCID". If the identifier is being referenced, ("connect your ORCID"), please instead use "ORCID iD" or "ORCID [green iD image]"

2. Email templates: Suggest creating two versions: a) for users whose accts are active, and b) for users whose accts are not active. For now, use the existing wording -- need to confirm expected user flow with OLH.

3. Exposing ORCID iD & requesting iD in repository:

   a. For submitting author: During submission, on the "Edit Authors" page:
