Develop a preliminary feed of TACT sourced data from a single publisher source

Why

We want to create a pilot feed of publications data from TACT to determine what is needed to be the smallest and most useable feed.

What

Confirm access to TACT DB and review changes, if any

Identify a journal to use as pilot feed

Create data label for "UC" and label "TACT"

Develop a feed of publications which have the minimal required data and test on QA

• ideal: source with most email address matches across multiple campuses
• Identifiers: DOI, TACT ID (if have)?
• Author metadata, including name, email, & identifiers (ORCID, ROR)
• publication date
• journal
• OA status
• label: apply in feed if possible, or as secondary step

Based on author metadata from feed, identify authors we expect to match

Monitor pending & autoclaiming activity

For consideration: create a new API "data source" ("UC Transformative Agreement DB"?) or reuse existing?
