Describe the bug
I have added to the AI_RULES that I want brief replies. It doesn't help. If I do it in my prompts it always helps, but since I prefer it to almost always be like that, it would be far better to just include it in the AI_RULES.md . Sometimes I wonder if the way it works now when I always get an essay as a reply from the AI, it is consuming my AI credits super fast. There is a cost related to this and I don't need to always get essay like replies.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Edit AI_RULES.md
2. Add
   "14. Replies:
   Be BRIEF at ALL times when you reply unless you are asked to NOT be brief

Expected behavior
I want the AI-RULES.md to work, but apparently it does not.

• OS: Windows 10 Pro
• Browser: built-in
• Version: every version up to the latest 0.25.0
